This 60-minute class is appropriate for all levels, from brand new beginners to advanced students. The skilled Yoga Home Teaching Team will guide you through foundational postures, Sun Salutations and Meditation and give plenty of options for all. Come see why Yoga Home has been named “Best of Conshy” Yoga Studio and Outdoor Classes.
The Summer Solstice represents the point at which the sun reaches its highest point in the sky, marking the onset of the summer season. It also carries immense spiritual significance, symbolizing the power of growth and transformation. Come be in community and celebrate the true start of the Summer season.
Class will be held on the lawn at Hotel West & Main. Stick around after class and enjoy food & beverage specials specifically created for this celebration.
